Wests Ashfield

It's been a few weeks since i've posted and I thought I'd take the opportunity to post about my new job at Wests Ashfield Leagues Club. Training there has been pretty good though I'm still making a variety of mistakes which I guess most prominently would yesterday went I visited the club "socially out of working hours". At least the Senior Duty Manager gave me a second chance, it was actually my fault since I didn't read all of my Employee Handbook well most importantly the Terms and Conditions of employment. It was under "Club Memberships and entry into the club" which I obviously didn't read or just forgot. I misunderstood when they were talking about it at Induction, I thought you were allowed in but not allowed to drink and gamble there. ><

Anyway I'm just hoping that people aren't gonna laugh or tell me how naughty I've been cause i was irresponsible in reading the handbook, I was embarrassed enough already last night and I just sat there hoping other managers and staff didn't see me, I wanted to get out of there. I dunno how I'm gonna survive going back to work on Wednesday! Apart from that the Annual Christmas Cruise was quite fun, I got to meet quite a few people, there was free alcohol, food, karaoke, someone singing as Elvis and a hypnotist/magician. So yeah it was great fun, it was surprising that they played Poker Face and Sexyback! "I'm bringin' Sexy back... the other boys don't know how to act"

Man... I'm still worried that everyone will know about what happened yesterday ><
